I am a native of Clonmel in Co.Tipperary and while I joined Lynch Solicitors in September 2014 I have been around the practice of law for considerably longer than that time.
I attended University Limerick for my primary law degree. I graduated August 2014 and was awarded a First Class Honours degree. I was also awarded the Substantial Contribution to Student Life award 2014 and awarded Honorary Life Membership of the University of Limerick Law Society.
While in University I was invited to represent UL in The Advocate All Ireland Business Law Challenge. We won both the overall competition and best written submission.
I have a First Class Honour Master Degree from Trinity University where I was awarded a distinction in my Thesis. My thesis was on the area of DePuy Product Liability and Medical Negligence Litigation.
I head up the Property Services Department of the Firm which involves sales,purchases, leases , estate development together with complex land transactions including applications for registration of rights of way and adverse possession.
I also manage our Wills & Estates department which involves Wills and Succession planning togehter with Enduring Powers of Attorney. I also deal with Administration of Estates and Probate Litigation.
