Emma is a Clonmel native with a BA (HONS) Degree in Criminal Justice Studies and a Master of Laws in Human Rights in Criminal Justice from the University of Limerick.

Before joining Lynch Solicitors, she gained a wide range of experience in legal support work in a number of Firms.

She worked as a Conveyancing, litigation and family law support in Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors, Cork.  She worked in in the area of Immigration Law as a legal intern at Niall Colgan & Co Solicitors.

She also gained valuable experience in the area of Project management when she was employed by a Project Management Consulting company who provide project management services in the software industry.

Her experience in both the business, legal and academic areas offers a valuable and dynamic contribution to the Lynch Solicitors team.
