She combines high-level academic achievement with extensive litigation and advisory experience, supported by a long-standing personal and professional connection to Clonmel and the wider Tipperary region.

Rosemary graduated from the University of Limerick with a First Class Honours LLB before completing an LLM at Trinity College Dublin, where she further developed her analytical and research expertise across core private-law disciplines. She began her career with Lynch Solicitors before moving to a leading Dublin firm, where she gained experience in large-scale insurance, data-protection and personal-injury defence litigation. Rosemary later returned to Lynch Solicitors as an Associate, bringing with her the benefit of big-firm insight combined with a deep understanding of regional practice.

Her areas of practice include high-value residential and commercial conveyancing, complex title issues, voluntary and site transfers, multi-party transactions, family-property arrangements and development-related matters. In probate and probate litigation, she advises on estate administration, will interpretation, succession queries, enduring powers of attorney and disputes such as will challenges, section 117 applications and executor–beneficiary conflicts. She also advises companies, directors and shareholders on governance, formation, restructurings, shareholder arrangements, compliance and commercial transactions.

A native of Clonmel, Rosemary maintains strong links with the local community. Her regional insight enhances her understanding of local estates, property patterns, business structures and family dynamics, while her experience ensures that clients benefit from national-level legal standards delivered with local awareness.
